Refund Policy
Full refund is available until May 15. Your credit card will be credited or a check mailed back to you depending on how you paid.

Between May 15 and June 1, a $25 service charge is
incurred, and the difference is either credited to your
credit card or a check mailed back to you.

After June 1, there is no refund.

The registration to GLDG is fully transferable to another person upon receipt of email or letter stating who the designated person is.

In the event of events beyond our control, (i.e. extreme weather and the like) no refunds will be available. We will proceed with the conference as best as we can giving consideration to the circumstances. If Soup2Nuts is cancelled due to an event beyond our control, all 2004 GLD participants are entitled to a 50% discount on the 2005 GLD.
